Step 1:
Cleaning up the pool Shell
Repair of the degraded areas of the interior of your swimming pool (floor and walls) in order to ensure the solidity of the structure, as well as a perfect visual aspect.

Step 2:
Preparation of the hydraulic circuit
If the actual lining of your swimming pool is not of PVC (Tiles, ceramic tiles, painted concrete or fiber), we will have to substitute the pool accessories (skimmers, nozzles, overflow, drain, light spots, etc…) by a compatible model with our reinforced PCV membrane. With this, the leaking problems caused by defective accessories will be solved.
In the case that the lining of your pool is of PVC, we will be able to use your actual pool accessories.
Step 3:
Installation to the rigid fixing profile
Installation of the rigid profile on the perimeter of the swimming pool, just under the coping of the pool, we will weld on it the reinforced PVC membrane. This is a quick and clean procedure.
It is not necessary to dismantle the stone of the coping of the pool.
Step 4:
Installation of the reinforced PVC membrane
Once we have the rigid profile properly fixed in all the perimeter of the pool, we proceed to install the reinforced PVC membrane.
The reinforced PVC membrane is cut and welded on-site to the correct size of your swimming pool; we also recover with the same material staircases, pylons, etc…
This operation is clean and silent, with no heavy equipment and can only be realized by officially approved professionals.
Step 5:
Filling of the pool and 15 year warranty
The swimming pool can be filled, immediately after the installation of the reinforced PVC membrane is completed.
With this type of lining there is no need to wait long days to ensure it is sealed. You will be able to enjoy immediately of you swimming pool.
